Solenza processes lead and customer information that solar sales teams enter into or connect to the platform. This includes contact details, property information, and communication history.
Information is used to operate the platform for the customer who owns it: qualifying leads, setting appointments, running follow-up, and reporting. We do not sell customer data.
The platform records consent at the point of lead intake and uses it to govern outbound calls and texts, along with opt-out status and quiet hours.
Customer data belongs to the customer. Retention and export are handled according to the customer agreement.
