Solenza is provided to solar sales organizations under a subscription. Customers are responsible for using the platform in compliance with applicable law, including rules governing outbound communication.
Customers retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform. Renova Agent Inc. processes that data to provide the service.
The platform may not be used to send communications that violate consent rules or applicable telemarketing law. The compliance tools in Solenza support lawful use, but responsibility for lawful operation rests with the customer.
We work to keep the platform available and improving. Features may change as the product develops.
